Customer Review: A really "fascinating" coffee maker!

Before you buy this, you must know that this coffee maker is designed to stay "plugged in", unless you are away for long periods of time. Thus, it is perfect for workplaces or 'work-at-home' consumers. *However*, it works just as well if you unplug it, as I do not like to leave my coffee maker plugged into the wall when I'm not home - and besides that, it is constantly drawing electricity, making your bill jump a bit. It has a reserve water tank that is heated, hence the lightning fast brew cycle. It's true, this machine gives you a full pot of coffee in under 3 minutes - and that's the "fascinating" part that I love - there's simply no waiting! I close the lid after pouring in the water, and presto!
If I plug the machine in, after having it unplugged for a long duration, it usually only takes 10-15 minutes for the reserve water to heat up again. So....I plug it in before I go to bed....and it's ready in the morn, or I've even plugged it in before I showered, and when I'm done, it's ready! I tell you all of this to let you know that you DON'T HAVE to always leave it plugged in - there are ways around it.
As for the coffee, it is the least bitter tasting coffee I've ever had. Hope this helps you all in your decision.
