Customer Review: It's the Only Pot to buy!

This is my 4th BUNN coffee pot and my wife and I just love it. It makes a pot of coffee in less than 3 minutes, and the coffee is great. The recycle time for making a second pot of hot coffee is about 5 minutes from the time the last pot was made. This is particularly good when seving a large number of guests at the same time. The only reason I did not rate this pot five (5) stars is because the pot you can get with this coffee maker is for ten (10) cups maximum. When we make a pot of coffee in the morning, we usually only get four (4) mug sized cups from a pot, which is ordinarily not enough coffee for us to drink when we are hanging around for the entire morning. And, making another pot would be too much coffee and a waste. We have not been able to come up with a good way to make less than ten cups either. So, a twelve (12) cup pot would be outstanding.Customer Review: makes good coffee but....

I was expecting a better brewed coffee, but was disappointed. Brewed coffee came out so quick once water is poured. Followed the instructions, for a cup of coffee with 3 scoops of good coffee, coffee turns out too light. I will not recommend it to anyone. I will rate it as one star, cann't go back & edit the rate i click.
My Barista from Starbuck is much better, but only lasted for 5 years.

This is a nice step up from the $30 "mr. coffee" makers i've bought over the years. First off, it's about $35 dollars cheaper on Amazon than retail stores. It brews very fast. Some people think this is a bad thing because it doesn't get all the flavor from the beans, but this is how it's supposed to work. The hot water isn't supposed to soak into the beans for too long, which will give it a bitter taste. The coffee it makes is great... I like bold flavors, and it does a great job brewing this. No problems with waters leaks. It comes with a deliming tool for mineral build up. Attractive design, quality build. The water is perfect temperature... keeps my coffee hot for about 30 to 40 minutes in a plastic travel mug. The ceramic warmer plate works perfect. Do not use it for over 30 minutes on a pot of coffee, as it will effect the taste. This is noted in the booklet that comes with it.
